 + -1 moreAfter purchasing the special, they contacted me the very same day and scheduled the appointment for the following day. I could not have been more pleased with their availability. The job was done properly. In addition to hiding the sensor wires for the garage doors (into the attic), they installed two new power receptacles. My garage door openers were ties into a central receptacle using extension cords (former owner). It worked but it was a site and probably a fire hazard. They took care of everything. They were very professional and good guys. I would recommend them.

 + -1 moreThere were so many things wrong with the outlets in my 1938 house. They did a complete inspection of all the electrical sockets. They found an electrical hot box in my daughter's room that was a hazard and fixed it. They made sure everything will pass code now when I go to sell the house! I feel very secure now and that the sockets all have the correct amperage. They explained everything to me as they went along. They were nice and professional. I was very pleased. They really used their time well and the price was well worth it! They were absolutely terrific!

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $49 for an Electrical Service Call Plus $50 Repair Credit. They fixed the motor in a fan that wouldn't turn off, and they replaced the light bulb in the fan that wouldn't turn on. They also inspected a few other electrical outlets.

Mr. Bush was obviously well knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He was comfortable with answering all my questions. I was very pleased with such a positive outcome!
Description of Work: Mr. Bush serviced my mother's home by inspecting the general wiring of the entire house. Further assessment was done to multiple outlets in the kitchen area. Mr. Bush performed critical assessment of the fuse box and made recommendations for improved lighting to accommodate a client with low vision. My mother is considered legally blind, therefore it was an excellent experience working with Mr. Bush. My mother was able to avoid an electrical fire because of Mr. Bush's expertise in locating faulty and worn wiring. I will definitely be using Bush's Electric Company in the future. Andrew actually went shopping with my sister to suggest and assist with proper lighting.

 + -1 morematerials, Installation, and clean-up were accomplished without any problems. The diagnostic revelation which identified a problem which could have hurt small electronics and may have caused bulb burnout on earlier occasions was an example of going beyond the requested services. I like that sharing of info and found the work to be top notch!!
Description of Work: Installed ceiling fan, replaced light fixture on porch, replaced 3-way dimmer switches with appropriate switches for fan control. Provided info on house electrical supply that led to a fix for my house and neighboring houses whose entrance current at the panel was above acceptable limits from Dominion Power. Dominion Power came in short order verifying his findings and made adjustments in their power source which remedied the situation for the neighborhood.
