BONES TILE

I contacted them twice and never had a response.

OK, so I gave them two B's but that's kind of unfair. I needed the tile work done within a few weeks because of a family reunion and they didn't call me back for quite some time - turns out their answering service had failed them. After we got communications established, life was good. Bones was very professional, explained everything that a nosey homeowner wanted to know and did a superior job. The craftsmanship is notable for its attention to details and clean planes.

Aaron did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted, and then was able to interperate my ideas into a wonderful new shower. His ideas made our shower so much better than we could have ever imagined - we absolutely LOVE it. Look forward to working with him again in the future.

Aaron from Bones Tile came one evening to a**** the project (tile demo and installation) and give us a quote for the work. He came highly recommended by a friend. He was very personable and professional. He gave us ideas for a decorative installation (a hopscotch pattern) that gives the look of a diagonal installation without the waste (and therefore, more expense) since I didn't want just a 12and quot;x12and quot; straight install. We had tile samples already at the house so he helped us choose. He emailed us the quote a couple days later. It was detailed explaining what we were hiring him to do as well as what we were responsible for providing and the amount of time he expected the work to take. We hired him to remove the existing ceramic tile in the foyer, hall and kitchen; to prep the slab in the kitchen and install new porcelain tile. He was punctual and cleaned up after himself well. The tile demo was messy and loud, but he put sheets of plastic up in doorways and ran fans to the outside to protect the rest of my house as much as possible. The next day, he was at the house on time to lay the new tile in the kitchen. He then grouted it the next morning. The job took as long as he had planned and there were no extra charges. He and his helper did a great job! The tile looks beautiful and I love the pattern using 6and quot;x6and quot; and 18and quot;x18and quot; tiles. Bones Tile (Aaron and Patrick) are wonderful!

Aaron came as scheduled and completed the project according to proposal. The work area was left clean and we had to let him in one day to grout when we weren't home. Trusted him completely. The tile is absolutely beautiful and looks better than we anticipated. We will definitely call him when we do the bathroom.

He worked around my schedule. He came in and got the job done quickly. They did a really good job on the floor and backsplash. The detail work was extremely good. He cleaned up after himself everyday. I was extremely happy with his work.
