Description of Work: Did a very complete assessment of chimney. Check flow from external dryer vent. Cleaned dryer lent trap of pictured build up. Before the dryer lent trap was cleaned I thought I would need to replace the dyer. Thanks for the work and the estimate on the chimney repairs.
