Description of Work: This review is for the Chesapeake office on Battlefield Blvd. Set up appt. for glass replacement. A small job but a job never the less. They scheduled the appt. and then no show, no call.

 + -1 moreThe process went very well, I just walked into the shop with dimensions and an idea. The staff took it from there. She took care of many things I hadn't considered such as : strength of the glass and having a smooth edge on the outer facing edge. They gave me a date and time when it would be ready and they met their deadline, they also called me to let me know it was ready.
Description of Work: We had an alcove in our hallway. We wanted to add some shelving to it. I took the dimensions and information in and they custom designed some glass shelves for us.

 + -1 moreAlthough it took double the time to receive the window, the installation was smooth with no problems. Installer was fast, friendly and cleaned up the resulting mess. Very pleased.

 + -1 moreThe custom sized window had a frame that had to be carefully removed to avoid destroying the custom frame both on the inside and outside. The two reps successfully removed and replaced the glass, rechaulked the window and were gone in a very minimal amount of time.

 + -1 moreThey were able to look at one of the two broken windows from outside the house and provide an estimate. This was great because we did not have to take time off work to meet them. In about 7 -10 days I was received a written estimate in the mail and was also called with the estimate. A convenient date to do the repair was arranged, the work was well done.
Description of Work: Binswanger estimated and replaced broken glass in 2 double pane windows.
