 + -1 moreExcellent. We needed to change the locks and doorknobs anyway so we went ahead as he was there letting us in. He recommended which lock sets to get, waited patiently while I went to home depot to buy them, then he installed them cleaned up any mess he made. Very helpful, understanding and professional. Additionally this was on a Saturday, price was very good considering the amount of time he was here and amount of work on a weekend. The quality of work was excellent as well. We highly recommend.
Description of Work: We locked ourselves out of our new house on move in day. He let us in, changed 3 doorknobs and 2 deadbolts, one he had to drill a hole for.

 + -1 moreGreat experience with this company. Showed up at my house within an hour of my phone call, was very punctual, and had everything done within an hour. I don't have a ton of experience with locksmiths, but their prices seemed very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreInstalled a new deadbolt lock combination on front door. Installed a new lock on garage entrance door. Changed door handles on two other doors and made a key to our back door. The two locksmiths took their time, did a good job, called because they would be half an hour late and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased and they were very reasonable.

Description of Work: We lost the key to our back sliding patio door. It has been several months ago so I do not remember the date or price. What I do remember about the price was that it was exactly what he quoted to me on the phone. He came promptly at the agreed upon time; he was neat and clean in appearance; he was professionally friendly in nature. He had to fit and remake a key to replace the lost one. He did so and at my request made three additional keys. I would recommend him and his company and would certainly use them again.

On Monday they called and asked a question about a new key fob, since they had a workaround that was less expensive. I took their recommendation and am very happy with the results. Picked up the car on Tuesday as requested. I would definitely use them again.

She was absolutely knowledgeable and a true professional, dispensing with a task I would never even attempt, quickly and efficiently. From the moment I made the appointment to the completion of the project I have nothing but praise for this company. I'm so glad I contacted them for this job. She even cleaned up the small amount of debris from drilling the door.
Description of Work: The existing exterior door handle was tightened, and a new deadbolt was installed which required drilling a hole in the door as well as the door frame and insuring the deadbolt and existing door handle worked properly. Also, she made it possible that we could use the same key for the handle and the deadbolt. A detail I had not considered and much appreciated.

 + -1 moreVery well. Clyde and Willie were professional, prompt, competent, and courteous. They fixed the problem and the front door now opens and closes perfectly. The price was just a little bit high, but I realize they came just one day after I called them.
