+ 5 moreHe's another guy that came for one job, and I kept him for two months, or ten weeks. He's terrific. Rowan is a very hard-working, immensely likeable guy with serious carpentry skills. He also is a perfectionist, particularly where sheet rock is concerned. He's the single best tiler that I've ever worked with. He has reputation (He was recommended to us by another plumbing service that we used.) as the best tiler in the valley. He absolutely is amazing. It couldn't have been better. Really nice guy, incredibly polite. He's just a real pleasure. He was recommended to me as a guy who you'll have do one job, and then you'll use for eight others. That's exactly what happened. Once you have him do some work for you, you'll keep finding work for him to do. He also works with a partner, named Luke, who is highly skilled and a great pleasure also. I give these guys my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: He completely gutted the finished side of our basement. He did a tear-down of the walls, ceiling and flooring. He insulated and sheet-rocked the floor, re-did the walls and ceilings, installed light fixtures, built a full bathroom, tiled two bathrooms for us (which also required a tear-up of the flooring in one of the bathrooms), he renovated my barn, he installed ceiling fans.
