Rowe Fence

I called to schedule Rowe Fencing to come out on 6/6. The appointment was confirmed for 6/12 at 430 PM to give an estimate via text message. My wife and I went to the property after having cleared the appointment with the seller of the home. At 445 I called when nobody had showed up. Nobody answered and I left a VM. I left the home at 500 PM. At 515 PM the office manager called and said there had been a mix up and they didn't book my appointment. She offered to get somebody out to give me an estimate later that evening. I told her I would have to confirm that with the seller once again. Once the seller confirmed that it was OK, I called and asked them to meet me out there again. She didn't call me back. I called back an hour later, she stated that he could in fact NOT meet me again and asked if I could reschedule to another day. I said no and hung up. This is abysmal customer service. I understand that mistakes can happen, but they didn't want to take any effort to fix said mistakes. GO ELSEWHERE.

they were excellent. Even though it rained both days of the install, they came and worked. On the final day (a Saturday!) they were behind because of the rain but stayed until the job was finished and we had walked the fence line to approve. Cleaned up well. Definitely worth every penny we paid and more!
