Description of Work: I have been using Luck Stone locally for over 30 years to deliver crushed stone for the driveway. I have always ordered "your smallest truck full up" and gotten a truck that actually fits through our woods and can turn the circle. This time, the call went out of town and the young woman just said OK. When the truck arrived, it was a monster and he said he couldn't do it. So he went back and I talked with the dispatcher who said he'd send a smaller truck but we would have to pay the first driver's fee despite their having made the error. Not wanting to cheat the contract driver since he didn't make the mistake, I paid $100 besides the fee for the actual haul of gravel. They've obviously grown too big for a small purchaser like us.
