Highly recommend Artistic Stone Design for turnkey transformation of kitchens and bathrooms when new countertops, sinks and faucets are desired. Their designers provide great education on stone selection and color/patterns to complement ones home. Everything promise was executed professionally and in a timely fashion with much less disruption to our household than we anticipated before hiring ASD. Five days to fabricate granite countertops from carefully measured templates and ONLY 1 day for demolition of the old rooms and installation of new countertops, sinks and faucets. And their plumber contractor was a real bonus - what a great guy who did a super job for us. We worked with Lea Brackens as our designer, and she made the project simple and pleasureable by handling all of our questions and concerns.

Smoothly, the tech was professional. Fully explained what he was going to do. Did it all in a very timely manner and cleaned up afterwards.

It was a turn key operation, I picked out what materials I wanted and they subcontracted a plumber to reconnect the faucets. Everything went smoothly, it looks great and I'm happy.

Artistic Stone was a granite company chosen for me by Tailor Made Kitchens. I chose the color and level of granite through the decorator and made my decision based on what I could afford. I splurged a little and went to a level II granite with nice edging. Big investment for us and very exciting. I believe the complete turnaround time may have been 3 days - wow, that is fast! When I got home and saw the gaps between the granite and my kitchen wall, I was so disappointed. I placed a call to the decorator, who called the kitchen people, who called the granite people. Additionally, the installers left open razorblades and an open can of acetone on the floor? I cleaned up the mess and left post-it notes on the areas of concern (rough corners and a 1/2 gap filled with a clear gel). The installers came a second time and did not address the areas of concern (I could not be home to oversee due to family medical issue). Some seams were filled with a black residue of some type, post-its removed and not addressed. Rough areas and 1/2" gap not addressed. More open razorblades left on floor. Third visit, had everyone on site pointing fingers. They sawed into the wall and pushed counter, but still left large gap. I also noticed during this visit that the motion of the granite did not flow from one side of the stove to the other. They asked if I wanted them to cut another piece and I declined - this was the best of the troubles. The solution offered by the kitchen company was to take backsplash outside of cabinet area or put a "patch" piece of granite over the gap. I did not want six inches of backsplash to run beyond my cabinets as I had seen examples of this on the internet and though it looked odd. We have a small black "patch" of granite at the end of our courter/bar to cover the remaining gap. On a second visit, I would think a manager would have come to the job to view the areas of concern. Only on the third complaint did a manager come to my home and even then did not seem apologetic. The "patch" was applied on visit four by the guys who installed the backsplash. This was an unpleasant experience for us.

The first repair that was done was not acceptable. The finish was rough and it looked like a 5 year old kid had repaired it. They sent someone else out and they basically redid the job to our satisfaction without charging us again.

Kathy was wonderful and easy to talk too. She helped kind me through the process. We used a carpenter Kathy recommended to remove our existing mantle and he was wonderful. I would use him again. Removal of existing fireplace surround and installation of new one seemed easy enough, but the carpenter did end up having to remove 1/2" from both sides of our mantle. However, this does cause any aesthetic issues. Although not related to the installation, our electrician accidentally chipped an edge on the marble the day after it was installed and there were a couple of other minor chips on the hearth. I asked Jon how I should fix it since it wasn't the installers fault and Jon offered to send someone out to fix these areas free of charge. I did not expect that, but I really appreciate the fact he did that. That said, I would highly recommend this provider to others.

The experience with Artistic Stone has been fantastic! From our first interaction with Billy Stephens, the entire process has been great. I had shopped the market for this product and after several weeks I chose to go with Artisitic Stone. They were not the low bidder but I felt they took the appropriate time and energy to explain the process as well as the pros and cons of the various materials we were considering. The owner, John, spent two hours measuring the actual job. He also was very patient in explaining some of the issues we were running into with the plumbing related to our kitchen sink. Within 24 hours of understanding the plumbing problem, John was able to provide several solutions. While I am extremely happy with the end results, I am just as happy how Artistic Stone handle a problem with our oringial installation. Unfortunately there was a slight miscalculation with the placement of our kitchen faucet and it was striking the window sill. After a few hours on discussing how to resolve, John agreed to replace the entire counter top at no additional cost. The install team completed the installation so I had a working kitchen in the interim. Two weeks later the new counter top showed up and we coordinated the installation. John brought in his plumber to do the necessary plumbing work. Also note the installers Edwin and Zach were very professional and polite throughout the entire process. I equate their work to nothing short of being artists. The seam they color matched is invisible and the care they took through the enitre process was impressive. When they left, you could not even tell anyone had been in my kitchen for 6 hours. This approach and willingness to stand behind not only the product but the installation reaffrims my decision to go with Arttistic Stone. They are well worth the extra money and their customer service has been great thus far. If my experience is any indication, I am confident you would be happy with Artistic Stone.

This was an awesome experience for me. I had granite countertops installed by another company, and was not happy with the finished result. I consulted with Artistic Stone Design for a possible repair and John (the owner) came out personally to see what needed to be done. The problem was that there was a large gap between my 4-inch granite backsplash and the wall. John gave me some alternatives to repairing the problem, and even pulled off the backsplash - at no charge - to make sure that the countertops were not hiding a bigger problem. I wish that I had found this company before, but I am very relieved that there is a simple solution. I also appreciate John's honesty and charity. I wouldn't hesitate to call Artistic Stone Design for any renovations in the future.

after visiting many granite stores we chose this company because they had a good selection of granite and very professional. They were all very patient with us as we changed our minds several times . When we finally decided on which slab we wanted they showed us how it would layout in our kitchen . once we approved it they installed it 2 days later . It looks fantastic!

Artistic Stone Design is a terrific business, and I highly recommend it. Everything that Artistic Stone has done for me is beautiful. They are great to deal with and quick to turn the project around. On my first project, they took the time to help me match my new granite desktop to the existing granite in my kitchen, including the stone, edging, thickness, etc. A well run, professional organization producing great products.

They did a very good job. Since their scrap pieces (large and small) are basically out back in their fenced in yard, and since they keep it open 24-7, we went in and picked out the two favorite pieces (measuring to see if they would work). Once we went in and spoke to the owner and he explained that one was real marble and one was man made and the price difference and once he measured for us and showed which one would be more cost effective, he wrote up a contract and waited for the center island people to finish up their part of the work and then when we knew the island was going to be delivered, they were very nice about setting up a delivery on very short notice.

I received an appointment for a few days from when I called, everyone was on time as scheduled and very efficient, took pride in his work. Very good experience.

These were great folks to work with from the selection of the stone through measuring and installation. The installation guy even took the extra time to run out to buy the color of caulk that would best match my wall/top.

They were fabulous, wonderful, and we love them. They did have to deal with a few obstacles. They were professional, nice, and I would use their services again.

The service was great! They did a fabulous job. They were conscientious, polite, fun, easy to work with, and delightful. I can not say enough good things about them. Their price was better compared to other providers. I would recommend their services to anyone. I first ordered granite that I did not like. They really worked with me. They gave me great suggestions and recommendations. They worked with me on the price and really made sure I was satisfied. They were exemplary throughout the entire process.

They have done a very nice job. We feel very highly about them. If you have an issue you do get a good response. I would absolutely recommend their services.

He came out and suggested different shape for the island in the kitchen, and I was not happy with the little section of cabinets counter tops. He suggested that if I put small back slash it will all work together, and it did. We have a back slash that goes all the way form the counter where the sink is up to the cabinets. They matched the pattern and granite beautifully. It beautifully, and because it was big they had to cut it.

Perfect measured,included custom details prepped for install installed ,plumber installed new faffed cleaned up + left total time = 4 hours for install.

They came back a few times to help us when the refrigerator did not fit. they were easy to work with.
