+ -1 moreKelley was awesome! He is on time and very hardworking. He made time to fit into our schedule. The quality was excellent and his knowledge about wood flooring is impressive. Once the work was completed, there was damage done to the floor. Kelley came out on a Saturday to inspect the damage and came to the conclusion that another contractor not only caused the damage, but tried to fix it. Kelley came out the same day to help fix the damage done to the floor. It looks sooo much better than it originally did. He really helped us out when we needed it it most. I would definitely recommend using River City Flooring and will use them again when needed! Thank you, Kelley and Renee!

+ -1 moreHorrible experience! At first it appeared they were doing a good job, however the floors were not installed correctly in the end. There are wide gaps, they could not install the surround around the fireplace, and they did not check nor notify us that the subfloor was not level. Further, when we expressed our concerns the owner Kelly cursed at us and had his employees leave the job site without finishing. To top it off they left with our flooring products and refused to return them. Beware...
