I contacted Bayllites concerning the large Junipers at the top of my driveway that were concealing 12 of my up lights due to 2 years of growth. Mr. Edgell arrived that afternoon, dug up the lights and placed them about 4 feet out from the landscaping after which time he buried the wires. Mr. Edgell returned after dark to make sure the lights were adjusted properly as well as the lights in the rest of the yard. My landscaping is large and quite extensive so there was a lot of adjusting to do. In addition an underwater light was cleaned and adjusted creating shadowing and light on the nearby landscaping. Once again Mr. Edgell did this free of charge.

The phone/cable company came out to bury the cable, I was not home at the time, and they cut the underground wires controlling 20 - 25 LED up lights. That night I noticed the lights were out and notified Mr. Edgell via email. The next morning at 8:30 Mr. Edgell had located the cut and had it repaired. He then tested all the lights and four transformers. I have 198 plus lights on the front, sides, and back of my property. Mr. Edgell turned on all the transformers and checked each light, replaced any that was out of focus do to plant growth at no charge. ( This contract was 1-3/4 years out of warranty.)

Mr. Edgell had done extensive lighting on my property. I have been so impressed with his work ethics and attention to detail that there was no question that he would install lighting for my Mother. Mr. Edgell arrived at my Mother's home promptly at the appointed time and began the installation of the uplights and then the posie lights, he also had to install a transformer. When he was done with lighting he buried all the cables, replaced the mulch that was pulled out of the way and made sure everything was in order. Mr. Edgell returned that evening to adjust the lights so that everything was perfect. Even though the problem was caused by someone else Mr. Edgell responded promptly when I called him for help. He came out the next day, IN THE RAIN, and quickly made the required repairs tomrestore the lighting. It has worked perfectly since then. I could not ask for more responsive service.

I was more than satisfied with the results. The work was done very professionally, and used only the best equipment. The church vestry members were satisfied that the work enhanced the appearance of the church garden, and that it was done correctly. I felt that it was a fitting memorial to my son. I would recommend his work to anyone, and will use Baylites in my own landscape plan in the future.

Mr. Edgell came promptly on the appointed date and time discussed. The installation went smoothly and was completed in four days. The up lighting in the woods was spectacular. Mr. Edgell placed them under trees that truly radiated when on. I have some huge junipers at the entrance to my driveway which was a challenge to light but Mr. Edgell even placed some lights inside the shrubs which just highlighted them beautifully. In my center island he placed some Kichler Posy lights at the point amongst a daylily bed. At the other end there is up lighting under a red bud tree which is surrounded by Nadinas. Along the brick walkway to the front stairs as well as the steps leading to and including the dock, Mr. Edgell placed pathway lights. Two of the trees in the back of the house also had up lighting. Mr. Edgell installed six Tiki light around the deck and last but certainly not least, Mr. Edgell installed green LED underwater lights. These lights have attracted crabs, fish of all sizes and even turtles. My Grandchildren love to sit and watch the underwater activity, what a learning experience for them. That addition to the lighting is priceless. Just to see their little faces light up with excitement is beyond priceless. Mr. Edgell's professionalism and creativity was amazing. His suggestions far exceeded the vision I ever imagined for my home. Mr. Edgell installing lighting for my other home in Richmond which turned my yard and home into a fantasy land. Although this home is different altogether, more like a cottage by the waters edge, he transformed it into something truly beautiful. When I sit outside and look around, it takes my breath away. The lighting also gives a sense of safety and security not just for me but my Grandchildren and Mother as well. I will be contacting him again for lighting around my 96 year old mother's home. She was so impressed with his work and she so enjoys my lighting that I couldn't think of a better gift for her.

I loved what he created in the front of my home, it added an elegant look to my home. I decided to have lights installed in the back of my home as well. Mr. Edgell helped me create a wonderland there too. With up-lighting in the trees, posey lights with colored shades around my pond and flower beds. Japanese water garden inspired pathway lighting were installed for all pathways along with lighting in around my two beautiful Koi ponds. I rarely want to go to sleep at night, it is just beautiful for all seasons of life. My family and friends state that they feel like they are at Lewis Ginter Gardens.
