Rob not only does a great job but he goes up and beyond. When he came to give us a quote on an Interlock for our generator and as he and his workmate was about to walk out I showed him a smoke detector that was a different hookup from the previous that also needed to be installed especially because it was the only whole-home linked one in the basement. They installed it right then and there. He then sent us a very reasonable quote. He did and great job installing and then explaining how the interlock work. Recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about BHE, great service, reliable, and most importantly honest! Rob went the extra mile for me for sure. I bought a house that had electrical issues downstairs that needed some attention, within an hour my problem was fixed and the price was unbeatable by all standards. Ostrom wanted to triple charge me to fix a clipped power cord that went to my water heater and a diagnosis etc. I understand they have other employees and they’re a much bigger company but nothing can compare to the tailored and personal services of this great company.

From first contact till last Rob Weikel was everything I could ask for. Prompt, courteous, professional, hard working and fair through out this project from beginning to end. I bought a whole house generator and wanted to tie it into a new smart panel that would automatically switch over to needed circuits when the generator turned on. Rob completed the project of removing the old panel and switching over all circuits to the new panel and then tying in the new generator to the new panel. It was done in 1 1/2 days and passed inspection with no problems. I would recommend Rob to anyone who needs electrical work done. Hands down the best electrician I've had work at my house! If I ever need an electrician again I know Rob will be the one I call!

It was a wonderful experience working with BlackHorse Electrical. Rob is a very knowledgeable and skilled master electrician. The job cost was what he quoted and was more than reasonable for the job we hired him to perform.

Rob came early and went right to work and finished the job in just a short time but with complete competency and efficiency. I was most impressed with his work and will be hiring him again for more work and recommending to fanily and friends.

I got 4 estimates and Blackhorse got the job. Theirs was the most reasonable, but in the same ball park as one other estimate. 2 others were much higher, and one of those (Ostrom) was almost 3x higher! Pays to shop it out. Rob and Keri got to my home promptly, ready to work, and did the job professionally, finished the wall, and cleaned up the mess. Rob even helped me get a new piece of equipment running (220 service extension) that had a belt in the wrong position. They were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job for us. I would recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.

Black Horse Electrical did outstanding work for us. Both Rob and Keri were professional, responsive and skilled in meeting our needs. The did a free estimate of the work needed, worked with us to find a date that worked within their schedule and ours, and were punctual on the date of the work. The work was done in response to a home inspection. They professionally handled every item on the inspection list, and took "after" photos for us to share with the inspector as evidence of the work completed. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Great! We have been here only a couple of years and the only experience with electricians was from the box add painted box trucks. We were not impressed with their work or price. It seems they want to replace everything in sight. When it came time to replace our bathroom exhaust fan I really did some research. I found Black Horse and called Rob. He called me back and we scheduled a time to review the project. We got the quote immediately and scheduled the work. Rob arrived on time. He professionally completed the work. He cleaned up after himself. The price was exactly what was quoted. I have several other projects and will have Rob do them. It is nice to meet someone who is honest and cares about his work. I would recommend Rob without hesitation.

Excellent service! Rob arrived on time and was very courteous. He tested the lighting system to determine if the wires were still hot. Since they were, he shut off power at the electrical panel and removed the system as requested. He was fast, efficient, and did the work for a fair and reasonable price. We highly recommend Rob and will be using him again.

It went GREAT!! Rob is a highly skilled Electrician and I was amazed at how quickly he installed my ceiling fan and the light fixture ! He is very maticulous about his work and also very knowlegable too. He was not only on time but early to the appointment. I am so happy to have found not only someone that is a Great Electrician but someone I believe to be Honest with me and to me that means a whole lot!! He is also going to be doing another job for me very soon! So in summary I would like to say if you need an Licensed Electrician then Black Horse is who I HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
