 + 0 moreI called on Monday, Steve showed up to give me an estimate on Tues, and managed to do the job on Weds. His man arrived exactly at 9am (the agreed upon start time), and stayed until after 5, when he finished the job. There was no debris left behind, and the ceiling now looks wonderful. Steve also suggested installing a vent above the porch ceiling to reduce heat, but I declined because I don't want do have to deal with my HOA. All in all, this was the best handyman experience I've had on Angie's List.
Description of Work: The tongue and groove ceiling on my screened porch had started to warp and fall down due to heat and moisture issues combined with the original owner having used improper fasteners when originally installing the ceiling. Steve and his crew pulled down the ceiling, installed new lumber along the mis-aligned rafters to provide a level surface, and re-hung the ceiling using proper fasteners.

 + -1 moreThe railing was done in vinyl to match our existing siding. It was excellent. We had a recommendation from a friend and decided to give him a shot after checking out his ratings on Angie's List. We are happy with the work he did today and will definitely consider using him again.
