Iiya responded immediately to my request on Home Advisor to set up an appointment. He called on the day of the appointment to confirm the time of his arrival. Did an excellent job installing my ceiling fan and discarded the old fan for me. Very knowledgeable and quoted a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again.

Ilya came out to give me a free estimate and was able to replace my attic fan and thermostat the same day. He also went above and beyond, replacing the power switch at no additional charge. He was also punctual and very polite - which is always a nice bonus with service appointments :)

Ilya arrived before the scheduled time. I love GOOD customer Service!! He took his time and looked around to see what was needed. He took longer than 20 minutes. The other company stayed less than 10mins. He sent an email by the next business day. Not two or three days later. His quote was good and he was hired. He was ready when ever I was. I picked a date. He confirmed the date and the time. It took the amount of time he said to complete the job. He cleaned up and showed me what was done. Answered all my questions. Sent my receipt by email. I will hired him again.
