+ -1 moreMy call was answered quickly and a time set for someone to come out the next day. Since there was no active leak, this was the best time. The office called to alert me they were on the way and the plumber arrived a few minutes early. After he opened the wall and identified the leak, he gave me the option of fixing it myself and not charging me. That was awesome, but I decided to have a pro do it. He was very polite and worked very quickly. Also took care to minimize the mess he made. He finished quicker than I expected and gave me a rough estimate of my charges. The final bill came out $30 lower. Did an excellent job and I'd use them again.
Description of Work: Chad quickly located the source of a water leak in our 2nd floor toilet/bathtub drain line. After removing some of the ceiling drywall, he found a large hole in one of the drain T's and replaced the necessary plastic piping. Apparently during house construction, someone had cut the pipe and simply glued the piece back into place! He also installed a new closet flange on the toilet which I had previously removed and offered to reinstall the toilet. I decided to install the toilet myself.
