+ -1 moreEverything turned out beautifully. Mr. Jacobs called that evening to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He was very good to deal with.
Description of Work: Mr. Jacobs crew stripped all of the old shingles and tar paper off, all of the old vent pipe boots, and old flashing around the chimney. They also replaced 2 sheets of plywood. They replace everything plus added a vent-a-ridge. They did an excellent job cleaning up and removing 99 1/2% of the nails with a magnet. They completed the job in 10 hours.

+ -1 moreMr. Jacobs first installed the rubber roof on a relatively flat section of home roof in 1990 and returned several times since to apply the seal coat to extend the life of the rubber roof. Installed second layer of rubber over the first as the first was now 22 years old and in need of the second layer.Quick response on providing estimate, quick response getting the work done. Nice job on clean-up. Very professional and nice to work with. Have used his services in the past for asphalt shingle roof, does great work. Have recommended him to friends as well. Highest recommendation possible.
Description of Work: Installed 5 squares of GAF Ruberoid Torch Smooth Rubber roofing over existing rubber roof first installed in 1990. applied aluminum seal coating too. Beautiful job.

Description of Work: I had them replace the roof on both my house and garage. I also had them replace 21 windows on my house. They were efficient and completed all the work in a VERY timely fashion. Their clean-up was spotless. Do not confuse them with Jacobs Ladder roofing. They are a totally different company. I have recommended them to several people, and I would readily use them again- as I am building a new house. The quote was in the middle of the quotes I had received. The entire crew was friendly and courteous.
