COUNTRY HEATING & COOLING

They have been with us for the last 10 years or more. They come out twice a year. They are great people. They are the authorized dealer of the brand we have. They are very good on all accounts. We can usually schedule a maintenance call within a week to two weeks, and service calls are usually within 24 hours. We only had one issue with a scheduled appointment for maintenance. It was something we had to get done at some point, and they were a couple of weeks late getting here. They got overwhelmed with a hot spell that came through and a lot of people?s air conditioners broke down. It was one of those things that happen. It only happened one time in ten years so we really didn?t think that much of it.

We first started using Country Heating and Cooling several years ago. We had used another company for a few years and those folks gave us an estimate of $5000 for repairs to our home system. We called CHC to get a second opinion and the owner, Ken Marolla, came out himself. He found several minor problems, cleaned our unit and showed us things we could do to keep our unit running more efficiently. The other company had try to sell us on unnecessary repairs, some having to do with parts that were not even a part of our system.We paid approximately $100 to CHC instead of $5000. Ken earned a customer for life with his honesty. We have since used CHC to service the heating system at our office. Ken and his crew are always on time, polite, and helpful in making suggestions for us to be better maintain our equipment. They have made several emergency house calls both at our home an office.We have happily referred friends to CHC, as they can be assured to be treated fairly and honestly.
