+ -1 moreOwner/operator removed the rug from premises, cleaned it, and placed it where I needed it upon return. The cleaning was excellent. The pile was lifted and the sheen was brought back to life.
Description of Work: Cleaned and refreshed an expensive (>$2,000) oriental rug (approx 9'x7'). This rug had been stored in a basement and had minor water damage and had been treated roughly for almost a year before we decided to get it cleaned.
