He took our money and promised to have the appraisal to us in 2 or 3 days. We phoned him yesterday as it was a week and a half later and he promised it by 2pm yesterday. NOTHING! Do not use him or make payment after you receive your written appraisal!

Bill made extra effort to complete the report super fast - next day- knowing the report is time sensitive. He assured me he would get the work done next day. He kept his word!
