Bill responded to my request within the hour. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. In the initial call, Bill clearly explained what his appraisal services would offer and what it would cost me. Next, he delivered a thorough appraisal report complete with a market analysis and cost of cure - which he explained to me over an hour long follow up call. After using Billâ s services, I not only have an idea of my property is worth, but I am also more knowledgeable about the appraisal process.

As a realtor I was looking for an appraisal of my client?s unique property prior to listing. Bill Hernandez was very responsive at first, we spoke about the property extensively and I emailed him all the details of the property - an appointment was set to meet the homeowners at the home and assess property for appraisal. 20 minutes before he was due at the appraisal, he notified me claiming he?d been in a car accident and wouldn?t be able to make it that day (I read in another review that he used that as a reason for not coming to an appointment for them). A new appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday and he arrived with no incident, spending close to 2 hours with the homeowners. He told them he?d have the appraisal to them by Sunday. On Sunday I reached out to him to confirm he?d get the appraisal to them that day - he said by Tuesday. Come Tuesday, no report. I call him Wednesday and he says he?s having a hard time finding comps as nice but he?ll get it out by that afternoon, no report. On Thursday, both the homeowner and I reach out via text and voicemail, no response. I messaged him Friday morning, he replied they would have it later that afternoon, no report. I messaged him at 7:47pm that same day to check the the status and let him know that if he didn?t have a report to submit, my clients no longer wanted his service, no response after 2 hours. Emotionally drained from the experience, my client put a stop payment on the check at that point. Bill has yet to respond. Don?t waste your time and resources on this guy. I would have appreciated some honesty letting us know he was unable or not willing to do the appraisal rather than string us along for 16 days (from the first scheduled appointment to last night).

Very unprofessional. Required payment up front and failed to complete work hired to do. After many calls and messages to him, and his promises to deliver, he never delivered. Would never recommend this guy.
