MR. HERNANDEZ's INITIAL EAGERNESS AND RESPONSIVENESS WAS MISLEADING! He responded immediately to our HomeAdvisor inquiry. But once we hired him for an appraisal, we were taken for granted. He was late for the appraisal appointment and only called after he was already late; he showed up 45 mins late and took phone calls while he was doing the appraisal; he was late providing us with the appraisal report; he did not respond to our inquiries when we tried to reach him about the missed deadline. When he provided the appraisal report one week late, he had excuses about the tardiness. His quote was comparable to the others we received on HomeAdvisor. Although his appraisal report appeared to be thorough, Probably better to go with another professional.

Responded to our inquiry on Home Advisor within in minutes. Was able to fit us quickly into his schedule to me our time frame. The appraisal was done thoroughly and delivered on time. He is very professional and very personable. I joy to do business with.

Absolute professional while also being personable. Conducted the appraisal very professionally while going above and beyond appraising in giving his thoughts and considerations on the property. If you want an expert, accurate, and thorough appraisal- hire Bill.

He was unable to send the files because he couldn't properly transcribe my email addresses. I finally had to email him first, so he could get them to me. I waited days for the files only to discover he'd sent them to an incorrect email address. No follow-up phone call as to if I had received them. He was extremely difficult to reach, unless you reached him via Home Advisor. He left information from other evaluations plugged into mine! Errant mistakes that look sloppy and unprofessional. Made me very unsure about his overall ability to do a proper evaluation.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Mr. Hernandez. On 8/11/19, Mr. Hernandez took photos and went through my home to do an analysis of my home. I paid him that day and he deposited the check the following day. He said he will complete the appraisal by 8/14/19. I reached out to him 8/15, 8/16 and 8/17 with very little response back. He agreed to refund me my payment since he could not finish the appraisal on time. As of today 8/28, he has not responded to my text for my refund. I wish I received great service like other reviewers. This was not the case for me. Under these circumstances, I highly do not recommend him. He does not deliver services promised. He does not respond to my calls. He has not refunded my payment.

Mr. Hernandez went quickly through the whole process and provided a detailed report covering all of the requirements. It took less than 90 minutes, and that's only because I engaged him in conversation due to the fact we are both veterans and swapped stories!

Mr. Hernandez was EXCELLANT!! I would high recommend him. He was punctual, extremely professional, very knowledgeable, did not rush the process and was very thorough in taking photos of the house and property, pointed out pros and cons of the condition of our house, and was sensitive to my time restraints so worked overtime in getting the appraisal done right away. Mr. Hernandez was truly excellent!! I would hire Bill again and would highly recommend him!!

Bill was very punctual and professional. I appreciated that he took into account that I needed this appraisal feedback sooner than later and he was able to accommodate me with a quick turnaround. I definitely would hire Bill again. Money well spent!!!
