We paid this guy over $300 to do a home appraisal in February. It is almost June and we still do not have our appraisal. Every time my husband calls this guy it is another excuse. He was in a car wreck at one point, then had a home accident, and then had home repair issues. This guy basically took our money and ran. He even told us he would send us a refund. We are still waiting. We will file complaints but if you use him, do so at your own risk.

Had to get Sheriff s office involved to get my paperwork . Cashed my check next day, tried to ghost me, until he received call from Stafford County Sheriff!

mr Hernandez came out and did the appraisal, took my check for $359 which got to my bank for payment 4 days later. thee months later I have not received the paperwork for the. appraisal. I'm assuming that I've paid $350 for nothing

I do not believe he is a honest man. The check was cashed immediately but it has been 2 weeks no report just a lot of excuses. I plan to file a complaint with the appraisal license. I will also report to home advisors. BEWARE.
