+ 0 moreI purchased a stove 2 years ago in October from Lowe’s in Whitehall, PA. It wasn’t until this year that I had problems with the stove. When I called England’s I found out that their customer service is awesome, especially a guy named James. James would walk me through the repairs I needed to make, and stay on the phone with me as long as it took until I got the stove working. I would estimate James has spent a total of 10-12 hours on the phone with me. Eventually the stove quit working altogether. However, I called England and they said that because I had the particular issue with my stove, they were going replace this $1,600 stove for me at only the $200 cost of shipping one way. I am so tickled pink, it is unbelievable that a company today still has this level of customer care and does the right thing. Again, I can’t say enough good things about their exceptional customer service.

Description of Work: THE CONVECTION BLOWER WENTY OUT FIRST ONLY HAD IT RUNNING THREE WEEK WHEN I HAD DO REPLACE IT WARRENT COVER IT. THE THE LOG BROKE I ASK IF WARRENTY WOULD OVER IT AND THEY SAID NOT BE CAUSE OF GTHE HIGH HEAT AND THE PELLETS . SEE E- MAIL BELOW The log set is not covered under warranty, excerpt from the warranty page of the manual: 1. Due to the abrasive nature of a pellet fire and the frequency of which the log set must be handled, England’s Stove Works© extends no warranty to the log set.
