From the first phone, until the final radon test... Mr. Fowler was very professional. He is reasonably priced, and great quality of service. He was also able to complete the job quickly so we could move forward with the sale of our house.
Description of Work: Installed a mitigation system for elevated radon levels.

He called us back within an hour of leaving a message We received an estimate the next day We waited several days for an estimate from a second company and had to call them several times When we finally scheduled the installation Clayton had the job done in a couple of days. He ran the second test over the weekend and picked up the equip early on Monday.We had the final test results on Monday evening. We went from 5.5 to 1.0 Installation workmanship and materials are all very professional.
Description of Work: We had a Radon test of 5.5 and had to mitigate the Radon level to sell our house. We called a couple of different companies and Clayton was the first to respond. He came to the house, evaluated the job and provided us an estimate before we ever received a call back from the other company. We did finally get an estimate from another provider but Clayton's responsiveness, knowledge of the business and timely response made us choose him to do the job. He completed the job the next day and ran another test that showed the Raodn level was only 1.0, down from 5.5. The installation work is impeccable and the fan motor has a 5 year warranty. If you have a Radon issue Clayton is the guy to handle it. Do call Clayton first, he knows his stuff and can answer all your quesions Don't bother waiting for a second estimate, Clayton's pricing is fair and others will make you wait too long.

Mr. Fowler is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very prompt in his arrival times and his price was reasonable compared with quotes given by others.
Description of Work: Mr. Fowler drilled a hole in house foundation, checked on gravel bed for radon uptake, installed a pipe for outflow from house through an outside wall and installed a continuously operating radon fan to pull any gas from the house. He left two radon test units in the basement and came back two days later to measure the results. Radon level had been reduced from 6.4 to 1.0 --anything below 4 is safe.
