DAC did the required painting, but assessed that quite a bit of older, rotting wood had to be replaced for structural integrity. So, the job grew from a wood paint job only to one of signification wood replacement and painting later on, after the new treated wood had a chance to cure. One small area of the walkway had to be repainted, as the original was applied when one small walkway section of the existing exterior wood (in the shade) was not sufficiently dry. DAC knows what they are doing, and the results are excellent.

Dallas was first referred by a trusted local realtor at Smith Mountain Lake and assisted us in evaluating houses when we were shopping. After we bought our house in Goodview, Bedford County, he assisted in the selection of exterior siding vs. wood, synthetic decking and railings based on aesthetics, price, maintenance and durability in mind.
