Description of Work: Poor job and not full hours as stated in deal. First time out was crew of 3 for 5.5 hours. Called and complained and they came back. Again a crew of 3; this time for 3.5 hours. Total hours = 27; deal was 32 and a crew of 4. Struggled both time to get them to continue working. They have no bucket truck and climber kept taking off gear not wanting to do another tree. They mostly used pole saw, but second visit it was broken and did not extend all the way. No safety helmets or goggles/face mask being used. Quality of work is awful. Did not cut off limbs to the shoulder unless pointed out that 12-18 inch stubs need to be removed. Opening the middle of 1 tree removed the wrong branch leaving a hole that will fill in eventually, I guess. On another tree the frustrated crew chief removed large limb but did not make relief cut to protect trunk; big bark tear was the result. Still have tree work left to do but this crew is a pain to manage. They like making deals with other customers during my job, personal calls, and e-cigarettes. I won't have them back. Too bad Angie's guarantee had not been announced.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and completed more tasks then expected. The only gripe is they left a big mess of debris in our driveway.

Description of Work: Well, these things are interesting in the sense that $199 for $400 worth of tree service is like saying you will walk out of a fine restaurant with a piece of bread for your money. $400 of tree work is marginally going to be the bill with most work on trees. In my case, I had a tree graveyard that required an enormous amount of clearing; hence, the 4K price-tag. I believe I got my money's worth because so much had to be done and they were there a solid three days straight, all day. My yard doubled and certainly feel I increased the property value more than 4K. They were really good.

Description of Work: it really did not save me any money. the owner said he could get 4 trees down and they only did 2 plus a few branches on another tree. My yard was scarred up pretty badly, my fault I let them drive on the grass. But for the price it was pretty much $800 per tree. so I would consider using again but only on a per tree quote, not 'per day". The owner was very professional and such and they worked hard all day, but my expectations were not met based on what he said they could do in the day. So next time I think it's better to get a quote per tree, then if it takes all day for one tree that's what it takes, no expectations not met.

Description of Work: Removed extremely large fallen tree. They cut down trees and ground stumps. Helped me thin out areas with to many volunteer trees so that the healthier trees would have better chance of normal healthy growth. This company did an outstanding job. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with. I whole heartedly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Description of Work: I had some large trees removed, and the lower branches of a very large tree removed. The men worked hard all day long and got the entire job done. They were careful not to leave tire marks, etc. They even raked and cleaned up really well afterward. It was raining for part of the day and they cheerfully worked right through it. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Had them remove 2 large trees and a yard full of small trees and pruning. They did an exceptional job, I just told them what I was generally going for, and they took it from there. Excellent service, will defiantly use them in the future.

Description of Work: David came one afternoon to give us an estimate on the trees we wanted removed and suggested others had outlived their usefulness. Came with the crew the following week, earlier than expected, and finished the job within 2 hours. Removed the trees, chipped them on to the bank for future landscaping, ground the stumps down and cleaned up. The crew worked efficiently and we will have them back for any future tree work.

Description of Work: They tried to sell me tree service for $4,000 and then 2,000. I didn't want that service, and asked him to trim up to the $199 I had paid. I said I was flexible and he could squeeze me in when he had time. I didn't hear from him so I sent him 2 emails in July listing the trimming I wanted in order, and asked him to do whatever $199 would cover. I have not heard from him.

Description of Work: Trimmed some trees. Cut down some trees and bushes, ground down the stumps, and took away the debris. Two days worth of work for a 4 man crew. Project went well with no mishaps.
