Description of Work: Why do you keep asking? I put $50 through paypal - the guy isn't in Pennsylvania any longer - he moved to Florida - I told you all that back when I had the issues. You should remove him from your site and stop asking me to tell you about the experience. You never could come through with a reasonable locksmith. I had to find one all on my own - not sure I will continue with Angies list much longer. I haven't had great experiences

Description of Work: Purchased deal for $100 to have up to four locks re-keyed in home. Provider sent an email requesting a phone call to set up appointment time. I called the number provided and was greeted by a simple "hello?" No identification of the business name at all. When the provider asked "Where you at?" to ascertain the location for the service, I was told he would charge $3 per mile over 3O miles. I was uncomfortable with his unprofessional ism over the phone and the threat of added charges and fees.

+ -1 moreI called on a Saturday and within hours I was serviced. The gentleman came in, showed me his identification, explained what he was going to do, and began work. He was done in less than an hour changing the locks on three doors. He even had a credit card machine (YES finally people in the 21st century). He gave me a receipt and was on his way.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Mr. Williams came right out when I frantically called him this morning, due to the dead bolt on my back door would not lock from the inside. After hours, trying to fix it myself I realized I needed to call in the experts. Mr. Williams was very professional and fixed my problem within 20 minutes! He only charged me $40 to do so! Which was quite cheap to the price many charge just for making a house call. Then as he was leaving, I asked him if there was a way to make my screen doors on the same key as my main doors. He took a look and said he could do it. And he only charged me $10 a door to do so! I love having all my doors on the same key! It makes my life much easier! I would HIGHLY recommend The Southern Lock Doctor!
Description of Work: The dead bolt on my back door would not lock from the inside. The Southern Lock Doctor fixed that problem in 20 minutes! Then he made all of the locks on the same key for me in a matter of no time! And for a reasonable price!! :)
