Description of Work: I paid KWB Construction to apply 'Deck Over' to my driveway and walkway. He never even started the work. After repeated phone calls he visited me once in March 2016 and I haven't seen him since. My mistake was to pay him in full. Never do that. he has done other acceptable work in the past, and then he just never showed.
