+ -1 moreI own property on Lake Anna and wanted to build a new home. I looked at hundreds of home designs, but nothing was working for me. I contacted a few realtors who told me that Arctek Homes provides design service. I went to see their Idea Homes and arranged a meeting. It took about 6 weeks to design exactly what I wanted. We agreed to the costs involved and they proceeded with construction. It was absolutely turn-key right down to the cleaning.
Description of Work: They designed and built my new home. Arctek was fantastic. They built a very high quality home and only used the best materials. Their customer service is wonderful. They provide a password on their website and I can log on and see what work has been done and it shows me exactly how much has been spent to-date. The work progressed exactly as they said it would.
