It was a smooth process. They gentlemen were nice and easy to talk to. They were professional and was able to explain what needed to be done and what they did. They contacted me when they were running late and complied with mask wearing and wearing covers over shoes to enter home. Simple process today. Will hire in the future again.

They did a wonderful, thorough job.

They did a sloppy work. Left dirt and mud on our floors. My husband spent a whole night mopping the floor. Also dirt on other surfaces. Their price is similar to the other business with a long queue. We should have waited for that one. Will not hire this one again.

They took several weeks to respond to the initial request on Angie's list but they bid the job less than another company. That was my first mistake. The job went very poorly. The manager forgot to bring a part to do the job and took an hour getting back. They left finger prints on the ceiling and didn't clean up the lint from the dryer that was left out front. The vent grills weren't placed back properly and were crooked. They left the door to the cats open and did a very sloppy job. My son was very upset about the clean-up and will never use them again.

The entire process was seamless, from scheduling the service to the work being complete.very well run organization from top to bottom. Very pleased with the crew that performed the work. Duct cleaning is not a quiet job but they were courteous to the fact we were home,kept us informed throughout the entire job and completed the work very efficiently.
