Description of Work: Was going to sand hardwood and install new floor but ran into asbestos and decided to recarpet. Loved them though. Workers who came seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Zac was very accommodating given the circumstances. Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Zac personally rendered the estimate to repair c. 44 sf of hardwood floor and refinish three rooms and foyer. His crew arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the job on time. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to me. Zac personally monitored the work and the finished product exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Zac Sweet Hardwood Floors without reservation.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with the natural hardwood floor installation. While we did have to have them come back to repair one board and then 2 times more for the wood piece that connects the carpet and wood floor....finally, all went well. The area contained an angle and was difficult to secure, but in the end after 2 returns, it is GREAT. Zac was very gracious with our three phone calls to come back and was always polite and understanding. We love the floor and we also had a GREAT experience with the dealer he sent us to so we could pick out our floors. The price included the floor and installation....approximately...don't really remember. but, we were happy with the price.

Description of Work: We have a 90 year old house we purchased a couple years ago, with hardwood floors throughout. The final step of renovating included refinishing the original hardwood floors. The aged flooring presented a special situation because they had been refinished before, the wood had naturally darkened in color beyond the surface, there were very dark pet stains, and some of the flooring had separated at the seams.

Description of Work: Zac and his crew came in and sanded our hardwood floors, replaced a few damaged boards where you can't even tell they were replaced. They then stained the floors, replaced the molding and coated the floors. They look great!

Description of Work: Rip out the old kitchen flooring, install new hardwood in the kitchen, sand remainder of the house (2 stories), polyurethane the entire house. (The home was vacant during the job.)
