WILLOUGHBY TREE SERVICE

This was quite a project and the Willoughby's didn't let us down. This is a family run business and Sheila and John genuinely care about their clients . The two large trees were huge and older than our house (50+ years). They showed up exactly when they said they would arrive and brought the heavy equipment and a large crew of workers who then efficiently and quickly took down the trees, and did quite a bit of limb trimming/pruning. They came back the following day, ground the stumps and even moved the mulch to another area of our yard for us. To get this job done in a day and a half was a feat in itself and we were very impressed with the number of guys they had there the first day to ensure that the job didn't drag on forever. With the size of these tree trunks, it very well could have! They went beyond what we expected for the pruning and were just very anxious to do a thorough job. We were thrilled with the work they did for us and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

This tree service was the worst service we have ever had. They should not be in business at all. They damaged our driveway and refused to fix it. We had to take them to court for all the damages they did. Their service was not professional and the crew did not have very much experience at tree cutting.
