Description of Work: Bill Hix at White Glove Plumbing Heating & Air is awesome at what he does. Bill knows HVAC inside and out. He was able to get more air efficieincy within our home AND reduce our energy bill thru their S.A.f.E. process. Highly recommend it!

Description of Work: Had two toilets that needed repair work. One was leaking, and the other one kept flushing. Normally the repairs could have been done by the homeowner, however, he had just had surgery and couldn't fix them and also really needed these to work since they were on the main floor and he couldn't do stairs. The repair for the leaking toilet was to replace the wax seal (at a cost of $185!) However, this didn't take care of the leak. It was actually just one tank screw that needed to be replaced. The repairman stated that he couldn't just replace the screw but had to replace the entire insides of the toilet! (at another charge of $200.00!) I stated that I could have replaced the entire toilet for what he was charging. I declined any further service from the repairman. Needless to say, after a charge of over $400 for both repairs, I was left with one working toilet and the other one unusable. Total time for both was approximately one hour and there were Angie's list coupons for $99.00/hour that I should have used. I had gotten a recommendation from someone for this company, which is why I called them. This company is definitely overcharging for their services, then didn't even do the job correctly. Would not recommend them.

+ 1 moreThese guys are great! I used them before when I replaced two toilets and have used them exclusively for my bathroom remodel which is progressing wonderfully. If you can ask for Logan if you have a plumbing issue, he is amazing!
Description of Work: Replaced sinks and facets in two bathrooms, and replaced the shower assembly in those same rooms.

+ -1 moreLeft voice mail out of hours. Followed up next day. Appointment made for 11am next day. Agreed call-out charge of $85. Technician arrived early at 9am with pipe for another application. Technician left to get correct pipe. Retuned, fitted new pipe using a new straight coupler which was unnecessary, as a virtually new and identical coupler was available. Job completed at 12 midday. Actual time to fit pipe less than one hour. Electronic invoice (not itemized), paid by check. Requested break-out of materials and labor. Advised unable due to company policy. In conclusion, I think the charges were outrageous and moreover, the supplier was was not prepared to explain his price.
Description of Work: Replaced approx 12 feet of 1 inch ID plastic pipe on rising main water supply in a clean, dry, easy-to-work environment.

After they had collected some information, we sat and discussed what I was looking for when it came home comfort. They presented several options and allowed me the opportunity to make an informed decision. They performed the install and took additional care to protect my home, from drop cloths, to boot covers, White Glove cared about leaving my home better than when they had arrived.
Description of Work: White Glove Plumbing - Heating & Air replaced my existing Heating & Air System and installed a 2.5 Ton 14 Seer Heat Pump.
