My mother is 84 yrs old and lives by herself. I feel this is not right because they came out snaked the bathroom pipe and within 4 days it backed up again when he said it would last at least a year or more. I have tried to reach out to him yesterday and an associate Tiffany said he is out in the field and today Tiffany said the woman who is in charge is out on maternity leave. I asked could they reach out to one of them and I feel she has been lying to me since Monday. I feel there has to be at least one person that I can talk to about this. I just want a yes or a no. Youre either going to come back out or you are not.

I hired this company at the recommendation of my plumber who was going to come in a week later to redo our drain pipe system. This would have cleared up sludge from pipes he was going to remove. I showed the technician a diagram of our plumbing, but he did not appear interested. He then ignored my instructions and cleaned out the pipe further down the line than what I asked him to. He was determined to do what he believed was the problem and was not listening to me. When I approached him towards the end of the job and said something complementary, (I was trying to be nice), he barked back no offense but I have no time for chit chat, because he had another job to go to. He was in our home for 20 minutes and I did not push it with him thinking he was not really charging us for the full hour of work and was why he was so rushed and curt with me. I was billed for the full hour of work ($325) and when I called the company to have them speak with the technician about his lack of professionalism and get back to me, they never responded. When I wrote to them again, they said that their technician knows best and did not know what else I had wanted them to do after speaking with their technician. To my shock, I came to learn that their technician was actually the company owner. I expected an apology and got none. This company lacks professionalism and is extremely unfriendly and not courteous. In essence, we flushed $325 down the drain just, so we could do a load of laundry when a week later our pipes were going to be redone anyway. They did not do what I asked them to do and were rude and arrogant. I would never have them in my home again and would recommend anyone else to look elsewhere for their services. The half stars I gave were only because I want it known that I did not ignore the rating. If I could give it a 0, I would.

They responded quickly. Day of the appointment the plumber/service tech called to ask if he could show up early. We appreciate that courtesy. He was very patient and explained the process to us in a way that we could understand what was going on. We would use them again.
