I appreciated the fact that the company responded extremely quickly to my problem with my leaking water line. Same day, they sent a person to discuss my issue and give me a quote on the repair. Extremely quick response. My issue with the company is the person that was sent to make the repair was not professional in any way, shape, or form. On arrival, he stood in my front yard and was cursing to someone on his cell phone for at least 10 minutes without acknowledging the fact I was standing nearby. After completing the repair, the technician packed up the truck and left leaving a very trashed area with pieces of bricks and wood debris. It would have been nice to have been told that this was what to expect since when I spoke to the person who provided the quote he stated the area of the repair would be returned to as close as possible to the original condition. I did not expect the location to be returned pristine but, I did not expect debris and a muddy depression either. I contacted the company via email to detail what I have stated above more as a FYI than a request for a follow up service. Apparently, the management of this company does not feel the need to address complaints and issues since I have not heard back from them. I sent the email on Sept. 14th. This would be why I have rated the company as I have.

They came in for a second opinion and they didn’t try to rip us off like the last company! Great work, reasonable pricing. No “fast talking” or “scare tactics” just straight forward honest quote. I will use them again and I highly recommend them!!

Under warranty from the manufacturer. The part the manufacturer provided was damaged, USA Pipe Repair was very accommodating after I received a 2nd replacement part. Work was done efficiently and reasonably.

They arrived right on time, understood the problem right away and gave me options on how to fix it. I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Showed up without necessary supplies to finish job. Supervisor called me about this review and was very condescending and passive aggressive to me about review and explained his drivers do not perform time travel. I was not given a window, I was told they would be here at 8 am then both the dispatcher and driver apologized for being late but the supervisor was clear about how wrong I am. I also discovered after the fact that the hose to the faucet was wrapped about the garbage disposal and I am not able to pull the faucet sprayer out now. It was a little disturbing to have a supervisor call and be so passive aggressive about an honest review I gave. He did offer to have another person come out and fix the hose problem but I am not comfortable having this company back at my home.

First time using home advisor and got directed to this company and glad I did. Older and younger brother came in and got new utility sink and water heater installed in like 4 hours. Took their shoes off everytime and even wore masks. Nice job and thank you!!
