I was on vacation when I learned I had a water leak outside. I contacted home advisor and these guys called me with ten minutes. He then drove across town and turned off my water for me for no charge. The city wanted thrirty bucks and would do it within 36 hours. Of course I hired him. He let me know there were cheaper guys in town but would not use the quality of pipe they use. My leak was under my driveway and I was terrified of having to repair that as well. They have an auger that went under my driveway with the pipe so there was no issue with that. I do wish it was a little less expensive, but don't we always want that.

I had USA Pipe come out after getting an outrageous quote from another plumber when we needed a dedicated shut off valve installed on the existing water line behind our refrigerator so that we can get a new refrigerator hooked up. Jeremy arrived within the promised window of time, and was courteous and friendly. It took him about half an hour to do what needed to be done with the water line as well as fix a dripping faucet. Needless to say, the company that wanted to charge over $500 just to install the shut off valve is out. USA Pipe will be my go-to plumber from now on.

They were prompt and got the work done as expected. Cleaned up when finished.
