Jeremy responded to my request for a quote immediately, on a holiday. He was prompt, very courteous, and answered all my questions. I have never been impressed by a plumber before, in fact always dreaded having to call one! I highly recommend him, and will to my friends, as well.

They texted and showed up the same day I requested a quote and completed the work the next morning. Cody was upfront and honest and a very nice man. He accurately assessed the project, stated what needed to be done to complete the repair and was able to complete the work very quickly as well as advise me how to get a credit back from the utility company. I highly recommend them .

USA Pipe repair came out and dug up my front yard to find a leaking water main pipe, while in the hole they discovered a second leak which had to be repaired after the first leak was repaired and they did not charge me more than the original quote. They were quick to respond and quick to get to my house for the estimate and were on time and very knowledgable about what they had to accomplish.
