Dell came out within 90 minutes and made the leaky sink repair in less than 40 minutes. The water was running down behind the sink to the floor. His quick service call and ability to quickly fix was the reason there was no damage to the drywall. We also used U.S. Pipe a few years ago to replace the main water line at another home. Great company!

Amazing. When the insurance company screwed me, USA pipe repair went out of their way to help me remove my old water heater, including cutting extra charges to help me in a time of need. I have already recommended them and I cannot wait to use their service to install my new hot water heater once my floor is replaced.

Excellent price, excellent work! Honest and thorough. A pipe with tree roots gorwing throughout needed to be reapired. Contractor 1 gave me a quote at $6400; Contractor 2 gave me a quote at $5000; Cody with USA Pipe Repair laughed when I told him, and gave me a quote that was less than a quarter of the other contractors. I chose USA Pipe Repair. They were honest, thorough, and knowledgeable.

They did great work. However, Cody was very rude. I got a call saying they found the leak and that it could be repaired versus replacing. I said I was almost home and had to talk to my husband. I arrived 5 minutes later i which I asked to be shown where the leak was and asked for the price of repairing versus replacing. Cody preceded to go ahead and break the waterline and then told one of his staff members to tell her that it is already broke now so there is nothing to decide now. Mind you I am standing 6 feet away from him. He then preceded to be rude and dismissive the entire time they were there. Had a problem because I wanted shoe covers worn and my carpet not to be ruined. Had a problem with my tenant having to get out the driveway to go to work. Seemed to have a problem with my breathing. I will vouch that the work was good but to be treated as I was is unacceptable and I will not use them in the future or recommend them to friends or fellow nurse co-workers for any of their projects.

Dell, plumber, that came to the house was very clean and knowledgeable about our issue with the kitchen faucet and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. explained everything he did and what was warrantied because we supplied our own faucet. very professional.

They were able to schedule an appointment the next day. They were on time and very friendly and informative and were able to get the parts and fix my leak quickly.

No cost to come. Overall cost was reasonable and quickly completed work.

My only problem was they did not show for original appointment as the technician went home sick. Would not have been a big problem, but they did not call to let me know.

Very satisfied with original call to their office shortly after signing in to the Home advisor web site. Any future plumbing work needed will be through them.
