Friendly technicians who did a great job in minimal time. I do think they are a little pricey, but I was impressed with the response time and the quality of the work.

Replaced a 25-year-old under-house sump pump. The pump costs about $200 at Home Depot. They charged me $875. They did have to slog through some water to get to the old unit in a very tight crawl space. Overall, they were prompt, responsive, courteous and got the job done right.

After a slight bump with scheduling, the project was finished quickly and turned out great! I appreciate that Sean and his assistant removed their shoes before coming into the house, I thank you for that small courtesy. BTW, I am loving my new faucet!!!

Took them 15 minutes but still charged $235.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and called USA Pipe Repair on a Sunday. They scheduled Dell to come out the following day. Needed only a faucet replacement, so the job was relatively quick and easy. Dell was very professional and got us back to normal with an hour or so. I'd recommend USA Pipe Repair to anyone!

Paid $200 for checking for a water leak, cutting a hole in the wall, and checking under the house for a water leak but no repairs were needed. Seems very high for less than 45 minutes of work. BUT NOW I KNOW.

The two young men that installed the new unit had to overcome some unexpected challenges but did so professionally and kept to the quoted price.

This is the second time Ive used this company. Both experiences were great!

Plumber was knowledgeable, efficient & responsive to customer's needs & concerns. He gave estimates of current work and any upcoming needs he could foresee.

Unfortunately he could not perform the work as it required a licensed plumber to move the existing line to a different location. However, he was extremely professional and nice to work with.
