They fixed one problem, cause another leak. Came out, claimed they didn't cause the leak even though it wasn't leaking before. They wanted more money to fix the new leak.

In addition to the high quality work, they are available for emergency services, don't charge weekend rates, and give a 10% price reduction for seniors and 5% reduction for first responders, both past and present. After exhausting all cheaper possibilities, they restored my well water by having to replace the pump.

USA Pipe is a top notch company, who did an expert job and had terrific customer service from start to finish. Cody contacted me, and went to estimate the problem, and I needed a new sewer pipe from the house to the main, and his quote was extremely reasonable, and they completed the job 2 days later. Very professional, and did a great job, as i would highly recommend them!!

Second of two plumbers I got diagnosis from. First charged a fee per hour for diagnosis. USA Pipe did not. USA Pipe’s analysis seemed more correct (had unusual issue). I approved their estimate, they left for supplies, returned and completed install quickly. Issue resolved and no return (been a couple weeks).
