Description of Work: We had an under decking system installed by the Stone Company to keep our patio dry. After a rough start (sick employees, weather) they came to install the system. The system had to be completely redone because it wasn't angled enough to let the water drain, because no checked to see if deck above was level, That was done well and finished on a Friday 3 weeks ago with the promise to return on Monday to finish a spot under the stairs that was not quite right and leaking. The Stone Company did not return, and I have not heard from them now some 3.5 weeks later. And although everyone was very nice, I was not impressed with their communication skills with us. It took days to get returned emails, and they were not punctual at all and did not call until hours after they were supposed to be here. And my under decking system still leaks in certain places. My husband is going to fix it - we are tired of trying to track them down. We try hard to use small local businesses, and this was disappointing. I would not recommend this company, or use them again.
