The worst ever. Promised to come at 8, after multiple calls told me I was in a 4-hour window. Showed up at noon. Refused to itemize labor/ material cost. They have a **flat rate** book. Wanted 1100 to install the shower diverter I purchased. This is a franchise with call center in Fla. They should be more careful who they allow purchasing franchise names. I will never use Angis List again. Got a home warranty instead.
