The technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. He quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to repair my AC without charging me anything in addition to the diagnosis/service-call charge. I saved money and my AC is working great!

Star Service had the incredibly difficult task of undoing and repairing previous incompetent work. They were excellent all around: prompt at arrivals, finished the work as contracted, made exceptional effort to keep the rest of my house clean, put everything back in its place, wore protective covers over their shoes. Thank you all!

Used One hour last year during the summer months that my A/C was having problems. They promptly responded with a very courteous staff and very diligently repaired the problem. They told me everything it would cost up front and walked me through the repair procedure. W.

They did a great job installing our new A/C unit. They gave us options and choices on what type of A/C unit we could use for our house. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Service rep came early next morning after late afternoon request for A/C help. My A/C thought it was on HEAT and the room was 112 degrees - with my company on the way. Excellent bailout! Rep was HIGHLY PROFICIENT. very pleased and would have hime return. Only negative was that they use fixed pricing charts and my VERY VERY minor repair cost $225. I was in a bind - they cam, they fixed - I PAID.

They submitted a bid promptly, were always exactly on time, were extremely professional, and installed a system that I am very happy with. When I had one minor complaint (a noisy condensate pump in one unit) they fixed the problem immediately.

I called 4 other companies prior which were difficult to work with, to get prices or to schedule. I received nothing but great service from One Hour Heating and Air from the 1st contact. Each person has gone above and beyond to provide the service and information I needed. From one service call I can tell the technical staff cares about what they do and they educate as well as service. I had a complex issue which required the shut down of my system over the weekend. Monday morning the office called to complete the remaining work. The follow up visit was done at no extra charge and my system was up and running before the end of the morning

Was getting some really ridiculous quotes on new a/c system, Mike from One Hour Heating and Cooling came by and was very professional did load calculations and gave us a good quote. Installation was on time and professional. of course it's along term relationship but right now I am very happy and would reccomend these guys.

I am extremely pleased with my experience and have recommended them to several of my co-workers. I learned a lot from the salesman as well as the installers and look forward to a long relationship with this company.

They were very nice on the phone, very fast on making an appointment. They showed up practically before the appointment time given. The service tech was very professional and courteous, helped to explain my system and any issues i had. Left me with an understanding and feeling that i had been taken care of. Our furnance stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We put in a request via service magic and One hour heating and Air was able to respond and send someone out to our home within 3 hours. The cost of the intiai emergency visit was $149 which is expected for an emergency service. The technitial then diagnosed the issue and found that the ignitor needed to be replace. He stated that the cost for the repair would be an additional $176. When he went to his truck I looked up the part on amazon and the part was between $35-$50. I showed it to him when he returned and all he could say was that this company has a tier pricing policy.

They were to only company that came to do a load analysis on our house. Most just assume that what you have is the correct system. Since we also use a wood stove in the winter, One Hour installed a system that better integrates with our needs now.

Very knowledgable salesman and service men. Excellent service provided - Both my units are working extremely well. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
