Customer service is only responsive when calling to order for service and prepayment before de job start. My account was charged for the final payment without providing the final amount $ and not provided invoice. Called the office three times and they say I will get the bill by the COB on that day but I nevet got it still. I filed a complained with the credit card to file a dispute of final amount charged. No resolution yet. Very poor quality of customer service

Watch for detailed inspection of the environment to be worked upon & appropriate inquiry asking by the estimator to see if they are serious about doing your job right the first time & really want your business with thorough, accurate service.

When Chris came into our home, he didn't feel like a salesman. He really listened to what we NEEDED in a new system instead of trying to sell us some sort of space-age Cadillac of heat pumps for a bigger profit. The workmen who installed the system were SUPER efficient and did a fast and clean job. We are MORE than pleased.

I have nothing but praise for One Hour! I value greatly the quality of the services and products this company promotes, provides, and utilizes, and also know firsthand the depth of their honesty and integrity! Being a life-long asthmatic and allergy suffer, my home always needs to be a haven of healthy breathing for me, so I was relieved to know that One Hour had real and effective solutions to my problems. I suspected mold issues in our home, in addition to the obvious high volume of dust accumulation since my asthma was becoming persistent and out-of-control. I was experiencing regular asthma attacks and was beginning to feel quite desperate. So, besides taking my medication, I reached out to One Hour so they could evaluate the quality of my home air, and to make sure everything was OK. However, things were not fine. But things did begin to improve upon the installation of two of their products, the MicroPower Guard and OxyQuantum UV lights. If fact, recently I just changed out the filter (since it was time to do so), and was amazed to see the amount of dust collected on it which is a great thing! I certainly don't want to breathe that in my lungs. Also, I have noticed less dust accumulation around my home, and it also takes longer to build up too. So, I truly believe these products are working effectively and efficiently (as they need to be), and also find peace of mind knowing that the UV lights are killing the mold spores around-the-clock and preventing them from growing back! I am also glad to report that my asthma and allergies are much more under control, and it feels wonderful to breathe more normally, and without persistent fear of wondering when my next asthma attack will occur. The technician was on time, professional, careful, and had an independent knowledge of heating and cooling issues. He was able to quickly address variables associated with my system, using modern diagnostic tools.

Air stopped working on hottest day of the year. They had us down for the following day, but had a cancellation and were able to get to us the same day. Explained the problem and fixed quickly. Would recommend.

Showed up on time and same day I called. Quickly assessed problem, ordered part, and came back next day to install new motor. Ensured I had put the thermostat to "Emergency Heat" selection so house would not get cold overnight. Pricing is straight forward, (a bit pushy suggesting to sign up for their service plan, but never impolite and I'm sure that is what they are supposed to do). Central office contact is quick and courteous and followed up promptly on one small issue. I will try them again for regular maintenance and service.

Joel is the excellent technician from One Hour Heating who served our three furnace units. He not only showed his profession-ism, but also gave many advices and some services his company offers. I highly recommend this company.

One hour heating took care of all my Ac & heating needs. they were promp and also completed before time. their staff was very friendly and walk me though each process before they started. they in stalled a new unit and i am very please. when i needed to speak to Chis all i had to do was make the call. Will was exceptionally professional and courteous and got the job was done efficiently and at a good cost. Would recommend without hesitation, that kind of service is hard to find . One Hour called the next day to make sure that the job was done and to schedule us for our electrical inspection that we signed up for while we saved money on our current project.

Joel came to fix our a/c units. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He not only fixed the current issue but was very helpful in giving us maintenance tips and setting us on a program to help us keep track going forward. We have had some extremely hot days and we can not thank Joel enough for getting us cool air to survive. He is truly a life saver. Thanks Joel!

He showed up on time, inspected our furnace thoroughly and even suggested us moving our carbon monixide detector without solictation. I had also requested that he disconnect a gas line from under the crawl space and when he realized it was not going to be much work, it did it without charge. I was happy that he did not try to gouge me by nickle and diming me for this work. I will happily use them again.
