The only thing is that John forgot to put the cover back on the main panel box! Otherwise, a great job. I felt he was honest, and I would hire him again.

I see the others saying their prices were reasonable. Maybe it was just me I found them way too pricey. I really didn't have an emergency. If it is quick service you need then they were good.

Scheduler failed to set a time of day for the work to be done and had to call and ask why we weren't called. We had one project done when the technician was on site. The estimates on the other projects were excessive. We have had similar work done at half the cost and are perusing other options. The technician was very courteous and understanding. ("I have to go by the book.") Must be a franchise operation vs. a local business or individual operator). Won't use this referral system again.
