The problem was the circuit breaker was not adequate for the hot water heater. Breaker for the water heater had to be upgraded to 30 amp from 25 amp. Fortunately Star had both plumbers and electricians, and they were able to get the job completed in a few hrs.

The thing I really liked was the fact that they have a price sheet for all there services,you see the prices right up front. The fellas did a nice job.

Came out as Mr. Sparky. Diagnosed the problem quickly ( it was a bad neutral) and fixed it. Gave me estimates for a couple of other small jobs I need done. Showed up on time and had the parts necessary on the truck. I'd hire them again.

Tim came out did a free electrical inspection -determined it was not a breaker, then he chased down the problem and fixed it. It was a bad neutral connection, whatever that is. Super nice guy, he gave me an estimate for some outside wiring in the spring, for which I will hire him.

This Company helped us after a previously hired electrician abandoned the job after 30 days of not showing up. Hired November 11th & the job was completed within two days and we had our final inspection approval on the 18th. They were very professional and courteous.

I called Star Servco on Sunday afternoon when my water heater "exploded" and they were at my home Monday morning at 8 a.m. to replace the unit. They were able to match the price I was given by a competitor and I had a new unit by 9:30 a.m. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and professional and they even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I will DEFINITELY use them again!

Problem was a power surge on the power Company's end. Repairman called Dominion and they were here in 30 minutes.

Jon, a Mister Sparky technician responded immediately to my emergency situation. He came back the next day and installed my new electrical panel. He was very knowledgable, professional and courtious. I am totally satisfied with product and the service.
