They were unable to complete the job (clogged drain) due to lack of proper equipment.

They were prompt, fixed the problem very quickly and had the best price for their service. I would call them back in a heart beat if I need their service again.

They called to confirm and called the day of to let me know my technician would be arriving within 30-45 mins. They were right in the specified time. I have an old house that has "jury rigged" wiring. They worked hard to fix it and re-wired it. They quoted me a price and there were no surprises at the end. It was quality work and they explained everything to me. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky.
