They arrived on time and completed the turn up on my heating system. They installed my heating unit about ten years ago. Star Servco company keeps great records.

Ben Franklin Plumbing, our technician, Cory, was very experienced, and got done a somewhat challenging job of relocating out hotwater heater.

Very nice man. Showed up on time but did not seem to be as knowledgable about the reverse osmosis system I had him relocate from my kitchen to the crawl space. He overfilled my pressure tank with air but had the presence of mind to call the manufacturer while he was on site to improve his produt knowledge, and to give me better service. I didn't ask him to do that- he did it on his own. I've never had a service vendor do that. In addition, he explained to me what had happened and how he solved the issue. I would definitely use him again, in fact I have another job coming up for this company.

Billy was our service rep and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We used the plumbing service. He checked Gas Line and repaired immediately!

The plumber fixed a lot of pipe and faucet problems and replaced my hot water heater. No more worries! Very professional and the customer service is there when needed.
