After they clean the carpet, the carpet looks good. They do a pretty good job. I always appreciate them. They were on time. They were courteous and professional. Every time different crew comes and they were very nice, courteous, and professional. I'm thinking about getting the carpet in my van cleaned. I would use them in the future.

They have been very responsive and thorough in their work. They seem to do a good job each time they come and seem to have reasonable prices. I found that the person who comes out to clean up is professional. They serve the metropolitan area. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

This was a very professional company, who came on time and were very professional the entire time. The carpet did take longer than expected to dry, about 6 hours in some rooms. I plan to use them in the future.

The first time the company came, they left the carpet in front of two chairs in the family room not clean and left streak marks in the bedroom floor and the area of the bedroom around the walls was left unclean. Could not discern this until carpet dried. I called them for a second visit. They promptly returned within a couple of days. I listened to all kinds of excuses on why the carpets still looked dirty. Many of the arguments were bologna. I insisted and indeed they did get the dark spots out from in front of the two chairs. In the bedroom they made the rug look worse. I called them for a third time. They came and this time got the bedroom carpet cleaned. Lesson of this adventure is to be persistent. You know when it is still dirty. They just need to try harder, like get down on ones hands and knees. Good point is that they returned each time in a timely fashion. They were very polite.

They were here on time (called before hand). The technican was extremely knowledgeable and explained carpet care to me. They left NO mess, put protectors under the furniture and moved everything but the computers. They seemed very professional. I bought the Guaranteed Service Contract in addition to the cleaning and it is worth it. You can have your carpeting cleaned within one year three more times!

I was expecting my furniture to look like new or something, but it really doesn't. The furniture looks clean, but not new. I only wanted to do the carpet, but the special is really just something to get them in the door for more services. The one room has really light colored carpet. A few days later I realized it did not look any cleaner. After I did some fancy talking they sent the guy out to redo that room and now it is clean the way it should have looked the first time.

They were a little expensive, although I couldn t remember the price, but other companies I called wouldn t come out to this area.

They did an OK job, but they didn t get the carpet clean where the carpet gets dirty from lots of traffic. They told me to rent a shampooer for those areas and I felt they could have done a better job. The technician was on time and polite, but I wasn t pleased with the results.

Carpet Cleaning is harder than I assumed. Stanley Steemer did a wonderful job. They are a hard working, dedicated company. They went over our dirty carpet several times to get it to smell good. They spent more time than I thought that they would have had to.
