Description of Work: They cleaned four rooms of carpeting. The carpet came out looking good. There had been two dogs living in the house previously and the carpeting still smells a little doggie in one of the rooms. I am overall pleased with the results.

Description of Work: I called for them to clean our living room, family room, hallway, w-in closet and M-Br and 2 5 x 7 area rugs (synthetic) and to protect and deodorize all areas. The crew of 2 who came out were very professional, had all of their equipment and timing down to the minute. They were very courteous about moving items I was unable to because of weight, they put the slider pads underneath what furniture they had to move and cleaned and moved it back, then as told on the phone they slipped blocks or 3x3 inch acrylic plastic square sheets under table legs to protect carpet from furniture stain bleeding out onto carpet. They also were careful not to spray prot. and deod. around electronics, etc. They were very gentlemanly and did an excellent job. I have dealt with Chemdry and we've also done the DYI Rug doctor and will call Stanley Steemer from here on out. Very pleased and no spots returned.

+ -1 moreStanley Steemer is a good company carpets. They removed all of the stains and odors from the carpets and did so pretty quickly. The man who came out was very friendly. The carpets dried in about two hours.

+ -1 moreEven though I am always at home, Stanley Steemer called ahead of time to make sure that I would be there. Their quality of work was great. I didn't feel like I had to watch to make sure they did their job. They moved things around to clean without scratching or breaking them.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting in five rooms of my home. They charged us $50.00 a room.

+ -1 moreThey had a pretty good service and they called before they ever came out. They moved things around so it would be easier to clean the carpets. They also offered scotch guard for stains, but I didn t get that. They didn t leave any mess when they were done.

We also had them come back the next day because of an accident that occurred in our home and the carpet received stains again. They were great about coming back right away. We are very satisfied with the reliable service and understanding workers.

+ -1 moreStanley Steemer has always done an above average job for me. They are extremely thorough and the carpet always looks extremely fresh when they are finished. You can tell it has just been cleaned. I was impressed that they lifted my furniture up and put it on blocks to keep it from staining the carpet. Their prices are a bit higher than over companies but it is well worth the price.

+ -1 moreWe have all wood floors downstairs, so they clean the numerous area rugs. Upstairs they clean all five bedrooms for us. I tried three or four other companies before them. None are as quick or do the cleanings as thoroughly. They do not leave anything behind.

+ -1 moreThey did a very professional job cleaning our carpet. They did not have to move any furniture but they would if you needed them to. Their cleaning technique worked very well on our carpet, it dried looking very clean and smelled really fresh. All the stains were removed when they were finished. We are happy with their service.
